1 c. peanut butter (plain or chunky)
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until ingredients form a soft ball. By teaspoonfuls, drop on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 14 minutes. Cool slightly and take off cookie sheet. Yield 3 to 4 dozen.
