YOGURT - FILLED ORANGE CUPS 
4 med. oranges
2 tbsp. sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 qt. raspberry frozen yogurt

Halve oranges; squeeze juice to measure 1/4 cup. Remove pulp from oranges, carefully cutting into sections for garnish. In blender container, combine orange juice and sugar. Gradually add cream cheese, blending well after each addition. Blend sauce until smooth.

Spoon about 1/2 cup frozen yogurt into each orange half; drizzle each with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese sauce. Top with orange slices. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
