MOM'S THANKSGIVING SWEET
POTATOES
 
2 c. sweet potatoes, grated (can use canned)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until brown. 6-8 servings.
