JALAPENO SALSA | |
2 or 3 lg. tomatoes (or 10 sm.) 1 med. size onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, diced fine Salt to taste 10-12 fresh jalapenos (med. size) 1/2 c. water Put in blender: garlic, onions, water and jalapenos. Then put in dish and add tomatoes and salt. Chill and serve fresh. |
