BAKED MACARONI MALTESE | |
2 lb. chuck, chopped 2 lg. cans tomato paste 1 lg. can Italian tomatoes with basil 2 lb. #3 Ronzio macaroni 4 strips bacon, cut up 8 eggs Brown bacon and meat together. Add paste and 4 cans water; stir. Mash tomatoes in large pot. Add meat. Cover and cook 1 hour. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Boil macaroni with salt; drain. Pour macaroni into sauce and stir. Add 1 large jar grated cheese. Beat 8 eggs with a drop of milk. Mix all together and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
