CHEESE CAKE 
FOR CHEESE CAKE:

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. flour

CRUST MIXTURE:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 box Holland Rusk

Line bottom and sides of buttered spring form pan with crust mixture, keeping 3/4 for topping. Mix cheese and sour cream together. Add egg yolks, sugar, flour, cornstarch and vanilla. Add well beaten egg whites last. Fill crust with mixture and top with remaining rusk mixture. Bake 1 hour or until done at 325 degrees. Leave in oven until cool, with the door ajar.
