LIME CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 pkg. lime Jello (lg.)
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
15 chocolate covered graham crackers

Chill milk (in freezer works best). Dissolve Jello and set to syrupy stage. Whip milk and add lemon and sugar to milk. Whip Jello and combine mix. Crush crackers and line bottom of 9x13 pan with crackers and remainder on top. Serve with cherry on top. Cut in squares.
