BAKED PINK BEANS 
2 (16 oz.) cans Goya pink beans
1/4 c. ketchup
3 strips bacon
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of Goya hot sauce

Cook bacon lightly and set aside. Save drippings. Combine remaining ingredients in a greased oven - proof casserole. Stir in bacon drippings. Spread bacon strips over bean mixture. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Use different sizes of beans. Looks more interesting.
