Melt on medium low heat: Add: Add: Stir until it bubbles slightly. Add pinch of nutmeg and white pepper. Stir in 1/2 to 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and simmer for a few minutes. Add more cream or cheese to change consistency of sauce. While doing this: Boil half a box of fetuccini, then drain and return to pot. Thoroughly mix in sauce and sprinkle with parsley. |
