LEMON BREAD 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 sm. box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. poppy seed, optional

Mix all ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2 regular size greased bread pans or 7 small ones. Bake 350 degrees, 40-45 minutes.

GLAZE:

Dissolve 1/4 cup sugar in 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Brush on top of breads while still warm.
