POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. Ore Ida hashed browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all together and put in a 9 x 12 casserole dish. Top with 2 cups of crushed cornflakes, then top with 1/4 cup of melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
