BAKED CHUTNEY CHICKEN 
4 boneless breasts, remove skin
Light soy sauce
Major Grey chutney
Parsley sprigs

Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Place chicken in a dish and pour soy sauce over pieces. Allow to stand for about 15 minutes refrigerated, turn occasionally. Next, brush evenly with chutney (chop large pieces of chutney). Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Arrange chicken on platter and garnish with parsley. Serve with brown rice and vegetables of choice.
