SOUR CREAM AND BEEF "LASAGNE" 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cartons cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
2 med. onions (chopped fine)
2 sm. cans or 1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of noodles
1 tbsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream

Fry beef and pour sauce over, add salt and pepper and garlic salt. Combine all cheese and onions. Cook noodles, drain and add butter. Place in casserole dish; first noodles, second cheese, third noodles, fourth beef and sauce. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (Doesn't always take this long.)
