VINEGAR PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour "plain"
2 c. boiling water
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix sugar and flour with boiling water. Use double boiler on non-stick pan and boil above mixture 5 minutes. Add well beaten egg yolks, the vinegar and lemon extract. Boil until as thick as you want. Pour into baked pie crust, and add meringue. Bake until light brown.
