1 box yellow cake mix (the one with butter) or your favorite layer cake
1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. strawberries (put juice of berries, not water)
1 pkg. strawberry glaze
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix, mix as directed
Lg. Cool Whip

Make cake in three layers. Mix Jello and water. Spoon in strawberries and juice. Don't add any water to the strawberries. Mix your vanilla pudding mix. Put cake layer in bottom of punch bowl, next layer of strawberry mixture, then layer of pudding mix. Put a second layer of each one. Cover with the glaze. (I don't use glaze.) Spread Cool Whip on top. Nuts are optional.
