HOT CRAB MELT 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Harris crab meat, drained & flaked
1/4 c. Bennett's cocktail sauce or tartar sauce
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. real lemon - lemon juice from concentrate (optional)
2 English muffins, split & toasted
4 slices Borden Process American cheese food

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine crabmeat, sauce, celery, green pepper and real lemon if desired; spread equal amounts on muffin halves. Bake 5 minutes. Top each with cheese food slice; bake 5 minutes longer or until hot. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 servings.
