CRAB AND CREAM CHEESE SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. light cream
8 oz. crabmeat
1 oz. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. horseradish
Dash of cayenne
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
4 oz. slivered almonds, toasted (optional)

Thin cheese with cream. Combine with crabmeat, lemon juice, seasonings and onion. Place in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with Melba toast or crackers. Best kept warm.
