CHICKEN WINGS | |
20-35 pieces of chicken wings 1 c. water 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ginger Chicken wings should have tips taken off and thrown, then split the other into two parts. This can be done by grocery meat department. Mix above ingredients together. Pour over chicken pieces. Marinate overnight or at least 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally. Put some marinade in bottom of large flat pan such as a heavy jelly roll pan. Lay chicken pieces in. They can be laid in very close. Periodically check to see if there is always marinade on the bottom of the pan to make sure they don't stick. Bake 1 hour or more at 350 degrees. Then put a little marinade in bottom of crock pot and put wings in to serve hot. If you double above marinade, this is enough for 5 1/2 dozen pieces. Use tongs in crock pot to serve. |
