PIZZA BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (7 oz.) can Spam
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
2 tsp. oregano
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar or 1 3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
1 (4 oz.) pkg. or 1 c. grated Mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Parsley flakes (opt.)
1 doz. hamburger buns

Brown ground beef; remove from heat and drain off excess fat. Grind Spam in blender. Mix meats with salt, sage, oregano, spaghetti sauce and cheese. Add parsley flakes if desired. Mix completely. Spread mixture on each half of 12 buns. Place on baking sheet and bake 12 minutes at 425 degrees. Cover buns and serve. If you don't use all of the mixture at once it refrigerated and freezes well. Serves 12.
