ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. zucchini, shredded and drained in colander
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips

Cream butter, shortening, oil and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and sour milk. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients and add to batter. Stir in zucchini. Spoon into 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
