INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAVES 
2/3 c. (sm. can) evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 slices cheese

Blend all ingredients except cheese; mix lightly. Shape into 6 individual loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cut each cheese slice into 4 triangles. Top each loaf with 2 cheese triangles. Bake another 2 minutes.
