INDIVIDUAL MICROWAVE MEAT LOAVES 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. catsup
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. milk

Thoroughly combine all ingredients and shape into 2 loaves. Place loaves in an 8-inch baking dish. Heat covered with wax paper on HIGH 6-9 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.

NOTE: For a four-serving meat loaf, follow above procedure. Double all ingredients and shape into a single loaf. Cook on HIGH 12 1/2 to 14 minutes and let stand for 5 minutes covered.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
