20 MINUTE YEAST BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water

Add yeast to flour mixture and mix good. Roll out and cut as for biscuits. Grease pan and top of rolls. Let sit in warm place for 20 minutes. Cook in 425 degree oven until done. Makes 12 biscuits.

****WoW****.. these are so easy to make and only take a little more time and effort then baking powder biscuits. My family loved them. They taste more like a yeast roll rather then a biscuit, but it doesn't matter! I plan to use this recipe from now on. Thanks for posting it!!!!
