1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lbs. potatoes, cut into lg. chunks, skin on
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. J.D.'s Magic
1 c. fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large plastic bag, combine onion soup mix, potatoes, olive oil and J.D.'s Magic. Shake bag to mix thoroughly. Empty bag into shallow baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Before serving, sprinkle with the fresh parsley.
