SCOTCHAROOS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies

FROSTING:

6 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Combine sugar and corn syrup in saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Mixture will just begin to boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth. Combine mixture with Rice Krispies in large bowl. Press mixture into buttered 13"x9" pan. Frost. FROSTING: Melt the two packages of chips together and spread over Rice Krispie mixture.
