TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine 2 sticks butter, cocoa and water and bring to a boil. Add sugar, flour, salt, soda, beaten eggs, sour milk and vanilla; beat together. Pour into 11 x 17 long pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Topping:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine stick of butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons of milk and bring to boil. Add 1 box confectioners sugar, nuts and vanilla and beat well. Ice cake.
