DEVILICIOUS MEATY RIBS | |
2/3 c. bottled teriyaki baste & glaze 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. slivered fresh ginger root 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper 4 lb. country-style pork ribs Combine teriyaki baste and glaze, vinegar, ginger and red pepper. Place ribs in large, shallow, foil-lined baking pan, meaty side up. Brush ribs thoroughly with glaze mixture. Cover pan tightly with additional foil. Bake ribs in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover pan and drain off excess fat. Brush ribs with glaze mixture. Cover and continue baking 15-30 minutes. Discard foil and brush ribs with remaining glaze. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer, or until ribs are tender. Makes 4-6 servings. |
