8 sausages, cut in pieces
3 peppers (1 red) cut in strips
3 med. potatoes, diced
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes and boil 10 minutes; dice. Place all ingredients in 9 x 13 or 8 x 14 inch pan. Sprinkle with oil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
