CRANBERRY MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 c. parsley
2 eggs
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Form into balls and place in a single layer in a casserole dish.

1 (14 oz.) ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lg. can cranberry jelly

Heat in pan, pour over meatballs. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
