CRANBERRY MAPLE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. eggs
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 clove garlic
1 c. each minced parsley, minced onion, catsup
1 1/4 c. tomato-based chili sauce
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. horseradish

In a large bowl, mix together beef, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, catsup, crushed garlic and horseradish. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place slightly apart in a 10x15 baking pan. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Pour off fat.

In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, maple syrup and chili sauce. Pour mixture over meatballs. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 18 minutes. Serve warm.
