1 egg white
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. flour
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix in medium sized bowl the egg white and sugar. Add in the rest of the ingredients saving the flour for last.

Drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto greased cookie sheet. Only 4 cookies per sheet. Bake approximately 5 minutes. Remove cookies from sheet placing a fortune in the middle of each cookie then fold each cookie in half then in fourths. If cookie can't be removed from the sheet replace in the oven for a few seconds to soften it.
