EASY BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew beef, browned
1 can peas
1 can corn
1 pkg. frozen carrots
4 potatoes, sliced thin
3 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch

Brown stew beef. Add peas, carrots, corn, potatoes, cornstarch and water. Stir together. Let cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
