HAM ROLLS 
4 slices Plum Rose sliced ham
4 slices American cheese (may use Swiss)
8 broccoli spears, cooked and drained
4 oz. Durkee onions (French fried)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
Dash black pepper
1 1/2 c. milk

Top ham slice with cheese. Place 2 broccoli spears on top and roll. Secure with toothpick. Place in baking dish; repeat.

In saucepan melt butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; stir until thick. Stir in French fried onions. Pour over rolls. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
