GREEN BEAN TOMATO ASPIC 
Calories: 30 per serving Exchanges: 1 serving = 1 Vegetable B

1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans
1 env. plain unsweetened gelatin
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1-2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
Lettuce

Drain beans, leaving 1/4 cup liquid. Soften gelatin in bean liquid. Drain tomato liquid into saucepan; heat to boil. Add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Break tomatoes into medium-size pieces with fork or spoon. Stir into gelatin with vinegar, salt, mustard, and paprika. Chill until mixture mounds on a spoon. Mix in beans, onion and celery. Turn into 6 or 8 individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce.
