GREEN BEANS & TOMATOES PROVENCAL 
1 lb. green beans
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic. Cook 1 minute longer. Add remaining ingredients except beans. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Add beans, simmer until flavors are mixed.
