BEEF 'N' TATER TOTS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pkg. frozen tater tots
1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Brown ground beef and layer in bottom of 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole. Arrange drained green beans on top, then tater tots. Mix instant onion with the 2 cans of undiluted soup and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. A small jar of French fried onion rings may be sprinkled over the top 15 minutes before end of baking time.

VARIATION: Use 1 (14 ounce) can of whole kernel corn, drained, instead of the green beans.
