PEPPER RELISH 
1 peck green tomatoes
1 peck bell green pepper
12 med. onions
10 hot peppers
3/4 c. salt
1 gal. vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
1 box pickling spice

Grind tomatoes, bell pepper, onions and hot peppers. Place in clean plastic bucket with the salt. Let stand overnight. Drain, throw away juices. Place 1 gallon vinegar in large pan. Add the 5 pounds of sugar. Tie pickling spice in cloth. Place in vinegar mixture. Add the drained vegetables, bring to boil. Simmer covered for 45 minutes. Seal in jars.
