RED AND GREEN PEPPER RELISH 
4 lg. green peppers
6 med. onions
2 c. sugar
4 lg. red peppers
2 tsp. salt
2 c. vinegar

Use medium blade of food grinder to cut peppers and onions. Drain juice from the vegetables and add them to sugar, salt and vinegar. heat to boiling point and boil gently for 5 minutes. Put in hot jars and fill to top. Seal immediately. Makes 4 1/2 pints.
