HOT CLAM DISH 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained
1 tsp. creole seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
Paprika

Combine all ingredients except paprika in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and well heated. Place in serving dish, sprinkle with paprika. Serve warm with crackers.
