HOT CLAM SIDE DISH 
2 cans (6.5 oz.) minced clams (I prefer Snow's)
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Slow boil for 5 minutes.

Add:

1/3 c. diced parsley
1 sm. onion, chopped
Dash pepper
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 stick butter
Dash cayenne pepper

Slow boil all the above and mix in:

3/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Spread in small oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Add paprika. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
