VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can French cut string beans
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Early in the day in 12 x 8 inch baking dish toss together first 5 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.

About 50 minutes before serving preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine tomato sauce and salt. Pour over vegetables. Cover and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with French fried onion rings. Bake 10 minutes longer.
