EASY LASAGNE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. basil leaves
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
12 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked

Brown meat. Add tomatoes and mash. Stir in tomato paste, garlic salt, oregano, and basil leaves. Heat to boiling and simmer, uncovered 20 minutes. In small bowl, combine cottage cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; set aside 1 cup meat sauce and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. In casserole layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture. Top with reserved meat sauce, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use a 9 x 15 inch baking dish. Yield: 10 servings.
