VEAL ZURICHER GESCHNITZELTES 
16 oz. thinly sliced veal
Salt and pepper to taste
flour
4 oz. butter
2 oz. chopped onions
4 oz. veal gravy
6 oz. heavy cream
Paprika to taste
Lemon juice to taste
1 oz. chopped parsley
Oregano to taste

Season sliced veal with salt and pepper, then flour lightly and fry briefly in butter. Add onions and mushrooms and saute. Add white wine. Add veal gravy and reduce. Pour in cream and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano. Do not boil the meat in the sauce or it will become tough.
