CHERRY VANILLA PARFAITS 
1 c. cold milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. (4 oz. size) Jello vanilla or French vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
1 c. cherry pie filling
1 c. sour cream

Combine milk, sour cream and almond extract in a bowl. Add pudding. Beat slowly with a rotary beater or at low speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 1 minute. Layer the pudding and cherry pie filling in parfait glasses. Chill 1 hour. Top with whipped topping, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
