CELERY HOTDISH 
6 c. celery, large pieces
1 can water chestnuts
1 jar pimiento with juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. butter

Boil celery in salt water 8 minutes, drain. Add water chestnuts, pimiento, soup. Top with croutons and pour melted butter on top. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. 9 x 13 cake pan.
