CRAB MORNAY 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 lb. coarsely grated Swiss cheese
1 lb. crabmeat
2 c. milk
Dash of Tabasco
1 sm. drained jar of pimentos

Melt butter. Add flour, garlic and milk. Cook until thick. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
