FUDGE PIE 
Butter
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 oz. bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. sifted all purpose flour
Vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9 inch pie pan. Melt butter with chocolate in top of double boiler over barely simmering water. Stir until smooth. Whisk eggs in large bowl. Mix in sugar and flour. Add chocolate mixture. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Cool. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Serve pie at room temperature with ice cream.
