BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cooked rice
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked
1 can French fired onion rings

Arrange broccoli in 9x13 inch glass pan. Combine cheese, rice and soup and spread over broccoli. Sprinkle with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
