BARBECUE SAUCE FOR BEEF OR PORK 
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients and pour over beef or pork (2-3 pounds). Meat has already been cooked. Cook slowly at least 30 minutes.
