BBQ SAUCE FOR CHICKEN OR PORK 
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. tomato catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. beef, pork or chicken broth

Fry onion in bacon drippings until soft and light yellow. Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly for 15 minutes or until fairly thick. Serve hot on roasted meats.
